There is a strange, spheroidal form on the cover of Future Shuttle's recently Zoned In Water's Edge EP; it's sitting in the middle of a field, and it could be anything from a monolithic mushroom to an unusually pillow-like UFO. It's probably the perfect metaphor for the six, softly structured dream environments that lie in wait inside, for they have the particularly of sounding like they are simultaneously issuing from the Earth and floating off into a great wide unknown. Haunted Internet's video from "Fog Spelunk" brings us out to the woods in Sullivan County, New York, sets loose some colored smoke, and captures this metaphysical limbo state in high resolution. --Emilie Friedlander, Visitation Rites
