Altered Zones

A handful of fellow zoners have already dunked their heads and didn’t rush to drip dry in the under sea R&B of South Carolina’s Top Girls and now it is our turn to be immersed in Evan Adams' irridescent harmonies and speaker-blown beats. “Can’t Stop” didn’t make the Attraction EP on Hi-Scores, but it’s one of those songs that creeps up on you with its hypnotically textured melody and breathless, far-off vocal hooks until you find yourself singing it all day despite never actually having learned the words.  It’s humbling, but you power through -  humming your little heart out, happy to hear it again.
